Safer sites. Every shift.
Offshore Safety Manager turns clipboards and spreadsheets into quick checks on the phone. Operators inspect and report hazards and incidents in seconds. Supervisors see what is done, what is overdue and what needs action, and every problem gets an owner and a deadline.
No card needed to start. Your company's trial begins when you sign it up.

What it does
Built for offshore energy installations, for the people in the field and the people who keep them safe: operators, technicians, supervisors, managers and Safety Officers.
Inspections on the phone
Daily, weekly and monthly inspections done on the phone, site by site. A failed item needs a note and a photo and becomes a corrective action for the supervisor.
Permit to work
Twelve permit types, each approved stage by stage with a digital signature. A permit can be suspended, extended and closed, and it closes only after it is verified. The server checks the training of the people named on a permit before it is approved or issued.
Training and certificates
Safety courses with quizzes, site inductions, and certificates with expiry dates and reminders, so a lapsed certificate is seen before it matters.
Equipment and documents
An equipment register with QR labels, certificates and examination dates with reminders, so an expired one is seen before it matters.
Hazards and incidents in seconds
Report a hazard or an incident from the home screen with photos and the location. The right people are told at once.
Every problem gets an owner
Corrective actions with an owner, a due date and a priority, closed with a note and a photo and verified by a manager. Overdue actions turn red and keep reminding.
The site at the start of every shift
A supervisor's board shows what is checked, what is not, what is out of use, open stops, overdue actions, expired certificates and who is on shift. Toolbox talks are recorded with who attended.
SOS and lone-worker timers
Hold SOS to alert your company's contacts, with escalation if nobody answers. A check-in timer raises the alarm if a lone worker does not check in. It does not replace calling the emergency services.
Works without signal
Inspections and reports are saved on the phone in a remote area with no signal and sent when the signal returns.
Why it is different
It does more than record.
A failed inspection item becomes an action with an owner and a due date, so a known fault is never just a line in a log.
It closes the loop.
Failed inspections, hazards and incidents become actions with an owner and a date, chased until they are verified.
It is made for offshore sites.
The inspection checklists come ready to use, alongside your own.

A tool, not a replacement. Offshore Safety Manager supports your company's safety management; it does not replace it, and SOS does not replace calling the emergency services.
