In an emergency, follow your installation's emergency instructions first

The SOS and check-in features help your company reach you. They are not the installation's alarm and they do not replace your installation's emergency procedures.

Contact us

Email info@dticonsultancy.com and tell us your company name, the email address on your account, what you were doing and what you saw (a screenshot helps). We reply as soon as we can. Please do not send passwords.

Questions about your company's checklists, who is a manager or how your company uses the App are best asked of your company's manager first.

Reset your password

  • On the sign-in screen (App or web version) choose Forgot password.
  • Enter the email address of your account. We email you a code.
  • Enter the code, then choose a new password. The code works for a short time only; ask for a new one if it has expired.
  • No email? Check the spam folder, and check you used the address your company invited. If it still does not arrive, write to us.

Common questions

I have no account or no company.

Ask your company's manager to invite you or to give you the company's join code. A manager can also sign up a new company.

I cannot sign in.

Check the email address and password, then try Forgot password.

I can't add people or create something.

Your company's subscription may have ended. Safety work always continues (checks, SOS, your records). Ask your manager.

I am not getting notifications.

Check that notifications are allowed for the App in your phone's settings, that the phone is not in a battery saver that stops the App, and that you are signed in. On Android, allow exact alarms for check-in timers when the App asks.

Why does the App ask for my location?

Your position is sent only for three things. A hazard or incident report you choose to add a position to: one position, taken once when you add it. An SOS you start: until you tap "I am safe", your company closes it, or 2 hours pass, including while your screen is locked (the only background use). A check-in timer you start: when you start it, check in, add time, when it ends and when its alarm goes off. It does not follow you at any other time. If you allow only approximate location, the App sends that instead. If the App cannot send an SOS over data, and the App has contact numbers for your alert contacts, it offers to send a text from your phone's own messaging app to them; that text includes your position when the phone has one, and does not pass through our servers. [Draft: final wording is Dave's.] The App's test SOS sends a clearly marked TEST alert to your company's alert contacts and shares no location. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Why does the App ask for the camera?

To take photos of failed items, defects and near misses, and to scan the QR labels on equipment and areas.

Does it work without a signal?

Checks and some other work are saved on your phone and sent when the signal returns. The App shows what is still waiting. Do not uninstall the App before it has sent.

How do I change the language?

In the App, change it in your profile. In the web version, use the language menu at the top. Website translations are machine translated.

Who handles my company's subscription?

Your company's manager handles the subscription.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the App (Profile, then Delete Account), in the web version (Profile, then Delete Account), or by email. See Delete your account for what is deleted and what is kept.
